User Responsibilities

Whether you are a Member or non-Member, our responsibility is solely to play a role of a platform for connecting two Parties. Parties here are Service Seeker who can be a Service Provider or Companies seeking Services who can be a technician willing to provide the Service. While connecting Parties, we shall make all efforts within its capacity to connect genuinely interested parties for fulfilling the Service request. Since it is a neutral platform, KWC or any of its affiliates are not responsible or liable for any loss or damage caused by Parties to each other. Service seekers are advised to enter into a separate agreement/contract before availing services that are tailor made to their requirements.

You can register your service request anytime on the website; if in person, they can visit the nearest office during their Business Hours; if on phone, they can call and register during the Business Hours of the respective offices. Business Hours of each offices vary depending on the local time zone and local laws of the land.KWC shall make all reasonable efforts to address the service requests within 48 business hours to 240 business hours depending on the nature of the request and availability of the resources and seasonality.

At times, the job seekers are independent contractors and are not on the payrolls of KWC. In case any job seeker is employed by KWC either on Contract or on regular Payroll, it is purely for the sake of convenience of the Service Seekers and/or Client Companies; thus Knowledge Web Consultancy or KWC cannot be held responsible for any loss or liabilities arising out of any disputes.

Emails and SMS

You agree to receive emails and SMS from Knowledge Web Consultancy and/or Franchisees. You may also receive communications reminding of using our Services, notifying you of new Options or Services or any such promotional communications. This is in accordance with our practices and policy with respect to email distribution, which are elaborated in our Privacy Policy. Kindly be advised that you may continue to receive SMS even though you might have opted for ‘fully blocked’ DND category defined by TRAI in India or any such equivalent regulatory authorities in any part of the world where you may be in.

Terminations

KWC and its associate organizations reserves the right to discontinue/delete your account on KWC and blocking you from using the website without any prior notice. KWC is not obligated to give any explanation for blocking you from using our website and services, and for deleting your account.

Please be advised that KWC has the sole right to add, alter, and/or delete these addresses and offices at any time without prior intimation to anyone.
